The Lake Oswego Millennium Concert Band will present its annual patriotic concert on July 3 in Millennium Plaza Park at 7 p.m. The musicians invite the public to bring their friends, family and a comfortable chair and enjoy the program, which will include by: SUBMITTED - Portland vocalist Julianne Johnson will join the Lake Oswego Millennium Concert Band in its annual patriotic concert July 3 at 7 p.m. at Millennium Plaza Park.Broadway show tunes, marches and many patriotic tunes from the nation's history.

As an added bonus this year, the band will be joined by Julianne R. Johnson, a Portland vocalist, who will sing "Someone to Watch Over Me," "Over the Rainbow," "Blue Moon," "Embraceable You," "They Can't Take That Away From Me" and "S'Wonderful." Johnson will also join the band in the performance of Carman Dragon's arrangement of "America the Beautiful," which promises to be one of the highlights of the evening.

Early arrival is recommended, as the concert has become a popular event of the Fourth of July festivities.

In case of inclement weather, the concert will be held in the auditorium of Lake Oswego High School located at 2501 Country Club Road.
