Reserve seats now for what will be a memorable summer of theater with Clackamas Repertory Theatre.

This year’s season opens with the lighthearted, timeless comedy “Harvey” June 27 through July 21. The musical “Kiss Me Kate” follows in August and then “The 39 Steps,” a fast-paced whodunit packed with laughs, which runs Sept. 19 through Oct. 6.

CRT’s staged play-reading series, Sundays at Three, begins March 17 and will feature new works by American playwrights. The readings are just like a show but the actors are carrying their scripts. Enjoy lively post-show discussions, free cookies and coffee and then join us for a behind-the-scenes backstage tour.

“Good People,” the first of the season’s first readings, will be held March 17 at 3 p.m. This is a “tough and tender” play about the insurmountable class divide between those who make it out of Boston’s blue-collar Irish neighborhood and those who are left behind. Poignant and brave, with warm doses of humor, the Broadway cast included Frances McDormand who won a Tony for her work.

Tickets to the readings are $10 each or see all three for $25.
