The New Thought Center for Spiritual Living will show the award-winning documentary “Deep Green” on Sunday, March 10, at 1 p.m. at the church, 1040 C Ave. in Lake Oswego.

The event is offered by the church’s environmental team and will include a question-and-answer session with the movie’s director, Matt Briggs. Briggs will offer a personal tour of his Lake Oswego home following the screening to give attendees a hands-on introduction to sustainable changes.

“We think our documentary, ‘Deep Green: Solutions to Stop Global Warming Now,’ is a good roadmap of the best worldwide solutions of what one person or one city can do to lower their carbon footprint to Net Zero and restore the natural world. We are talking about preserving our life support system for this and the next generations of all living things. We can fix this ... if we go Deep Green now,” reads Briggs’ website,

Admission is free though a love offering will be taken.
