TV show based on Vegan Fusion World Cuisine

Lake Oswego resident Bo Rinaldi could see “Vegan Fusion World Cuisine,” a cookbook he co-authored with Chef Mark Reinfeld, become a culinary travel show, if Reinfeld’s Kickstarter funding project is successful.

Reinfeld and Rich Rees, who brings to the project more than 18 years’ experience in the music and film industry, plan to produce a 30-minute vegan culinary and international travel show hosted by Reinfeld.

“We are producing a vegan travel and lifestyle TV series that will reach a global audience for everybody interested in health, wellness and international cuisine,” said Reinfeld. “We will inspire everyone to create healthy food and lifestyle choices by the delicious recipes, locations and celebrities we will feature.”

The series will bring “Vegan Fusion World Cuisine” to life. The book, which won nine national awards and has a foreword written by Jane Goodall, highlights the wisdom, sacred sites and plant-based culinary traditions from around the world.

The Vegan Fusion series will take viewers to exotic locations around the world to experience indigenous cultures, people and local vegan cuisine.

“We are planning to shoot a three-minute visually stunning trailer to pitch to the Travel Channel, Food Network and other major outlets in order to develop a weekly TV series,” said Reinfeld. The trailer will be an introduction of Reinfeld, his career and vision for the future.
