Residents of the Stafford Hamlet elected new board members at a town hall meeting Saturday.

Board positions are split, in part, based on how much land residents own. According to the hamlet, close to 170 people voted on Saturday.

Thane Eddington was elected to a seat for a member who owns less than 5 acres of land. Tracie Tolbert and Tom Lackman were elected to positions for those with more than 5 acres. Elected to at-large positions were Carol Yamada and Joe Wikoff.

The hamlet board is a county-recognized body covering the area between Lake Oswego, Tualatin and West Linn. Its next meeting is set for 7 p.m. Jan. 20 at the West Linn Adult Community Center, at 1180 Rosemont Road in West Linn. More information is available at
