Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Houser

Kenny Houser and Avery Lee were married Sept. 14, 2013 in the front garden of the bride’s parents’ house on Goodall Road in Lake Oswego. Pastor Harry Kuehl officiated at the double ring ceremony.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father, Doug Lee. She wore an antique lace trumpet gown and carried a bouquet made of seasonal succulents, lambs ear, dahlias and roses. Her grandmother’s pearl brooch was pinned to her bouquet. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed poolside dinner and dancing under twinkling lights.

Maid of honor was Amanda Franz, the bride’s best friend. Bridesmaids included Elizabeth Brown, Katie Nagler, Carolyn Houser, Lindsay Burrows and Sarah Anthony. Aly and Katy Larson served as flower girls and Toby Scarlett and Rory Donlan were ring bearers.

Tyler Kuehl, the groom’s best friend, was best man. Groomsmen included Jake Johnston, Zachary Ponder, Sammy Solis, Clayton Lee and Sam Carr.

The bride is the daughter of Doug and Wendy Lee of Lake Oswego. She graduated from Lake Oswego High School in 2007 and from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2011. She is the manager of Zeppo Italian Restaurant in Lake Oswego.

The groom is the son of Scott and Janet Houser of Phoenix, Ariz. He graduated from Agua Fria High School in 2007 and from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2011. He is pursuing a career in commercial real estate.

The couple honeymooned in Nicaragua and live in the Portland area.
