Making room for the Twin Meadows subdivision
The Twin Meadows Estates, a 30-lot subdivision situated on about 7.5 acres on Toliver Road near Molalla Elementary School, is now officially underway as two homes that resided on the project's primary land have been demolished.
The two homes, which were located at 1118 and 1009 Toliver Road, were demolished this week to make room for the Twin Meadows Estates, which will be situated on both sides of Toliver Road essentially where the two houses used to reside.
The subdivision is situated east of Molalla Forest Road and west of the Molalla Elementary school (south side of Toliver Road) and will include 19 lots, while the other 11 lots will be on the north side of Toliver Road to the east of Andrian Drive.
The project includes new public streets on either side of Toliver Road; Andrian Court, a cul-de-sac, will house the 19 units on the south side, while Stewart Drive will house the other 11 unites on the north side.
Andrian Court will terminate into a cul-de-sac in order to avoid impacts to the wetland area that is identified on the City of Molalla's Wetland Inventory Map.
The Land use Application for the subdivision was submitted to the City by AKS Engineering and Forestry out of Tualatin, which is serving as the consultant for the applicant, Pacific Edge Development out of Stockton, California.
