STEVE SNODGRASS - Colton School Board will be discussing their current policy on religious education.Colton School board vice-chair, Sid Gunter, asked all members of the school board to read and advise of changes they would like to see to the following policy IGAC, Teaching About Religion.

It states:

"Religious education is the responsibility of the home and religious institution and within the district's schools shall remain the free choice of the individual, true to American heritage and the Constitution."

"The goal is to come back to our next meeting or work session," said Tim Behrens, board chairman, "and have some suggestions as to how we would like to see that wording."
