Commissioner’s Best Float: Madras United Methodist Church Vacation Bible School, first; Deer Ridge Correctional Institution, second.

Best Nonmotorized: Miss NPRA Kayla Vincent, first; Jefferson County Rodeo Court, second place.

Best Motorized: Jim Kendall Trucking, first; Ron Alley of Model T Bums, second.

Best Kid’s Entry: Patriotic Tittle Kids, first; La Luna Folkloric Dancers, second.
