Traffic is off limits, but pedestrians mingle on Broadway on the eve of Super Bowl XLVIII.New York City was still abuzz with a Super Bowl feel Saturday night, as the Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos got their final night of sleep before Sunday's big game in East Rutherford, N.J.

Fourteen blocks of Broadway around Times Square have been turned into a football-themed carnival, with a huge fan zone sharing space with office buildings, and not all the locals are happy about it.

More than one million people will have visited the NFL street fair this week, all leading up to the 3:30 p.m. PT Sunday kickoff for Super Bowl XLVIII.
