OREGON 21, Arizona State 8

• The Ducks raced to a 17-3 halftime lead and opened their final homestand of the season with the win.

Oregon had a 13-0 run against ASU, in its first year of the sport.

UO improved to 7-5 overall and 3-3 in the Pac-12. The Ducks are 7-0 against unranked teams.

ASU is 6-9, 1-5.

For Oregon, Jill Zubillaga finished with six goals, JoJo Hesketh tied her career high with four goals and Shannon Williams scored three.


Portland 4, PEPPERDINE 2

• The Pilots got their first win ever over the Waves in Malibu, California.

Portland climbed to 9-7 overall and 4-2 in the West Coast Conference.

Pepperdine dropped to 4-13, 1-3.

No. 1 singles Michael Pervolarakis, ranked 48th in the nation, won 6-4, 6-2.

PORTLAND STATE 7, North Dakota 0

• The Vikings stayed alive for a Big Sky tournament berth with their sweep at Club Green Meadows, Vancouver, Washington.

PSU (11-8 overall, 5-4 Big Sky) is seventh in the conference, and the top six make the tourney.

UND fell to 2-13, 1-9.

Arizona State 4, OREGON 1

• The Ducks won the doubles point but came up empty in singles at the Student Tennis Center in Eugene.

Oregon slipped to 13-7 overall and 1-3 in the Pac-12.

Gustavus Adolphus 8, Lewis & Clark 1

• The eighth-ranked NCAA Division III team won at Pomona, California.

L&C, ranked 33rd, fell to 9-4.


Loyola Marymount 4, PORTLAND 2

• The Pilots' sixth loss in a row dropped them to 4-13 for the year and 0-6 in the West Coast Conference.

Idaho 7, Portland State 0

• At Lewiston, Idaho, PSU fell to 0-13 for the season and 0-9 in Big Sky play.

The Vandals, who won by forfeit at No. 3 doubles and No. 6 singles, are 8-6, 5-1.
