Police are investigating an early Sunday tavern robbery in Northeast Portland.

The suspects, who fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, are described as white males, both 5'7" to 5'8" tall, one in a gray hoody, one in a black hoody, one armed with a handgun.

According to police, at 2:15 a.m. on April 6, North Precinct officers responded to the report of an armed robbery at the Fremont Ridge Inn, located at 5103 Northeast Fremont Street.

Officers arrived and spoke to employees who said that two men entered the bar, one armed with a handgun, and demanded money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspects left the bar.

Several officers searched the neighborhood but did not locate anyone matching the suspects' descriptions.
