Portland Beer Week is just around the corner, and the organizers have just announced a dizzying list of events and collaborations sure to satisfy everyone from beer novice to nerd.

In true Portland style, the festivities during the 10-day celebration, June 5 to 15, will include collaborations with some of Portland's best artisan food and drink makers.

In addition to the Tribune's coverage of on May 22, here's a rundown of the additional events just announced:

• Lardo locations and Easy Company will feature a special sandwich as well as the official Beer Week beer and t-shirt for sale as a special package. The special Lardo sandwich features Olympic Provisions kielbasa, smoked Tillamook cheddar, sauerkraut, Worthy/Hopworks Session India Rye Ale mustard on toasted ciabatta.

• Salt & Straw recreated Portland Beer Week's "Day Drinker Session India Rye Ale" in ice cream form. It will be available for a limited time at select Beer Week events.

• Blue Star Donuts is developing a special Beer Week beer donut that will be featured at their two locations and select events.

• Special guests at various events during the week will include: David Walker co-founder/owner of Firestone Walker Brewing; Jeremy Tofte and Kirk McHale of the Great American Beer Festival, World Beer Cup and Alpha King champion Thai Me Up/Melvin Brewing in Wyoming; and Dave Buhler and Steve Luke of Elysian Brewing.

• Brewers' dinners and pairings with top brewers with local chefs and restaurants will feature Irving Street Kitchen, Raven & Rose, The American Local, Old Salt Marketplace, Firehouse and Whole Foods.

• The Beer Week kickoff party is set for 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, June 5 at Ecliptic Brewing, 825 N. Cook St.

• Ninkasi presents Brewing up Cocktails is set for Tuesday, June 10. Founded by mixologist and writer Jacob Grier, event organizer and artist Ezra Johnson-Greenough, and The Hop & Vine’s Yetta Vorobik, they teamed with Ninkasi Brewing and co-founder Jamie Floyd to produce Brewing up Cocktails at the Craft Brewers Conference in San Francisco four years ago.

The next year, Brewing up Cocktails came to Seattle Beer Week and Vancouver, B.C. Beer Week. Now it's coming in Portland for the first time.

• The Sour/Wild Beer Seminar is set for June 12, featuring four acclaimed Oregon brewers speaking and sharing their tart beers: Ron Gansberg of the world famous Cascade Barrel House, Nick Arzner of Corvallis, Oregon’s Block 15 Brewing, Trevor Rogers of the much talked about De Garde Brewing and including moderator Ben Edmunds of Breakside Brewery.

• Barrel Masters Night is set for June 13 at Hopworks, including beer samples included in the $35 ticket price and a guided discussion by Ben Edmunds.

• The Mississippi/Williams Pub Crawl is set for Saturday, June 14, winding around North Mississippi and Williams to some of the city's best beer watering holes.

Happy hour prices, special beers and bites at each stop, plus a chance to talk to local brewers participating. A $5 wristband gets access to participating bars including Ecliptic Brewing, StormBreaker Brewing, Bridgetown Beerhouse, Prost!, Interurban, Hopworks BikeBar, Lompoc 5th Quadrant & Tin Bucket.
