Thursday, June 14

• 10:32 p.m.: Police arrested Earl Austin Ballew, 36, of Canby, in the 1300 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with third-degree theft, and unlawful entry motor vehicle.

Thursday, June 21

• 4:31 p.m.: Police arrested Ismael Lopez-Lopez, 29, of Woodburn, in the 1600 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and was charged with shoplifting.

• 6:46 p.m.: Police arrested Brianna Marie Brown, 25, of Newport, at the Woodburn Premium Outlets, and she was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, vandalism, two-counts of failure to appear, and shoplifting.

Friday, June 22

• 9:02 p.m.: Police arrested Olivia Lumbreras, 39, of Woodburn, in the 2200 block of Country Club Road, and she was charged with failure to appear.

• 9:58 p.m.: Police arrested Natalie Jean Dickenson, 35, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of West Lincoln Street, and she was charged with violation of parole.

Saturday, June 23

• 7:23 p.m.: Police arrested Eduardo Torres-Duran, 24, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Harrison and North Front streets, and he was charged with DUII, and reckless driving.

Monday, June 25

• 8 a.m.: Police arrested Michael David Sandoval, 36, of Salem, in the 100 block of Harrison Street, and he was charged with shoplifting, and arrest on warrant.

• 9:05 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 600 block of North First Street.

• 3:01 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 300 block of Columbia Drive.

• 3:59 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 600 block of Young Street.

Wednesday, June 27

• 11:55 a.m.: Police arrested Ines Lara-Dominquez, 43, transient, in the 200 block of Railroad Avenue and was charged on a warrant out of Marion County.

• 2 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft regarding individuals shoplifting in the 300 block of North Main Street.

• 7:55 p.m.: Police responded to a crash-non injury at the intersection of North Cleveland and Palmer streets, a vehicle versus bicyclist accident. Officers cited the bicyclist for failure to obey a traffic control device.

Thursday, June 28

• 3:22 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance of an individual yelling and singing. The officers responded and warned the subject, in the 500 block of North Garfield Street.

Saturday, June 30

• 6:10 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 400 block of North Garfield Street. Open investigation.

• 11:26 p.m.: Police cited and released Ruben Garcia Juarez, 32, of Mount Angel, in the 300 block of North Main Street. He was charged with third-degree theft. The driver was also cited for driving while suspended, failure to carry proof of insurance, and driving without lights.

Tuesday, July 3

• 10:18 p.m.: Police responded to a crash-hit and run in the 300 block of North Main Street. A bicyclist who caused the damage to the vehicle refused to cooperate. The officer assisted with information exchange. The two parties agreed to handle the situation civilly.
