Tuesday, July 17

• 1:01 a.m.: Police arrested Haley Anne Dale, 20, of Woodburn, and Tristan Joseph Sidney Stinnett, 21, of Hubbard, in the 1000 block of Arney Road, and they were both charged with vandalism.

• 6:50 p.m.: Police arrested Rickey Ladarryle Macklin, Jr., 20, of Woodburn, and he was charged with three counts of vandalism to properties in West Woodburn.

Friday, July 20

• 7:12 p.m.: Police arrested Misty Leann Lopez, 41, of Woodburn, in the 400 block of North First Street, and she was charged with giving false information to police officers, possession of methamphetamine and violation of parole.

• 10:04 p.m.: Police arrested Ana Idalia Garcia-Gomez, 37, of Molalla, at the intersection of North Pacific Highway and Hardcastle Avenue, and she was charged with hit and run.

Saturday, July 21

• 6:30 p.m.: Police arrested Sugeidy Evangelista-Salas, 37, of Beaverton, at Woodburn Premium Outlets, and she was charged with second-degree animal neglect.

• 8:03 p.m.: Police arrested Jesus Martin-Godinez, 30, of Woodburn, in the 1600 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 11:47 p.m.: Police arrested Kassady Marie Salazar, 21, of Keizer, in the 1600 block of Park Avenue and she was charged with harassment.

Sunday, July 22

• 12:01 a.m.: Police arrested Joel Rivera Ortiz, 28, of Woodburn, in the 900 block of Parr Road, and he was charged with violation of release agreement.

• 5:54 a.m.: Police arrested Arnulfo Aguilar-Juanpedro, 21, of Woodburn, in the 2700 block of Championship Drive, and he was charged with DUII.

Monday, July 23

• 12:28 a.m.: Police arrested Amador Mendoza-Ayala, 21, in the 100 block of Gatch Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault and strangulation.

Tuesday, July 24

• 2:33 a.m.: Police arrested Kimberly Uriarte-Para, 22, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of A Street, and she was charged with failure to appear.

• 5:05 a.m.: Police arrested Connie Lee Kentner, 34, of Woodburn, in the 200 block of Oswald Street, and she was charged with arrest on warrant, fourth-degree assault, interfering with making a police report, menacing and unlawful use of a weapon (possess illegally).

• 5:53 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Walmart.

• 6:50 a.m.: Police responded to a report of trespassing in the 100 block of South Evergreen Road.

• 7:18 a.m.: Police arrested Jeremy Matthew Baeseman, 41 in the 100 block of South Evergreen Road, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 12:05 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an assault in the 900 block of Luba Street.

• 4:35 p.m.: Police arrested Joel Thomas Bentz, 40, of Woodburn, in the 700 block of Evergreen Road, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault and menacing.

• 12:12 a.m.: Police arrested Francisco X Guevara-Ascencio, 24, of Woodburn, in the 900 block of West Hayes Street, and he was charged with arrest on warrant and hit and run.

• 9:58 a.m.: Police responded to a report of an assault at the intersection of West Hayes Street and North Settlemier Avenue.

• 1:36 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of Carol Street.

• 3:29 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 4:51 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 700 block of East Lincoln Street.

• 9:26 a.m.: Police arrested Marisa Jiesel Granados, 24, in the 1200 block of East Lincoln Street, and she was charged with violation of parole.

• 10:26 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1200 block of Blaine Street.

• 2:35 p.m.: Police arrested Enrique Tapia, 29, of Scappoose, in the 300 block of South Evergreen Road, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

• 1:12 p.m.: Police arrested Andrew Tipikin, 29, of Mount Angel, in the 1000 block of East College Street, and he was charged with harassment.

Friday, July 27

• 1:19 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 400 block of North Main Street regarding two individuals acting aggressively and appearing intoxicated. The officers advised the individuals to leave the area.

• 4:12 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of West Charles Street regarding a stolen bike. Open investigation.

• 5:14 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 300 block of North Main Street at a local business. The officers determined the disturbance was verbal in nature and the parties were separated.

Sunday, July 29

• 2:26 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen license plate in the 300 block of East Marquam Street.
