Warrants issued for the arrest of two men, ages 19 and 20

by: WILSONVILLE POLICE - Travis Andrew WyattWilsonville Police have identified two suspects they think were involved in a pair of robberies Monday morning near the 26000 block of Canyon Creek Road in Wilsonville.

Warrants were issued today for the arrest of Andrew Sanford Gossett, 20, and Travis Andrew Wyatt, 19. No addresses were given for either man. Police are urging the public to call 911 if they see either suspect.

Both men face charges of first-degree robbery, first-degree kidnapping and second-degree assault. All three charges fall under mandatory sentencing provisions of Oregon's Measure 11.

Gossett is described as a white male about 6 feet tall, weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Wyatt is described as a white male about 6 feet tall, 140 pounds, with light brown hair.

Police say both men should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached or confronted.

by: WILSONVILLE POLICE - Andrew Sandford GossettThe first robbery took place the morning of Monday, March 24, when two masked suspects approached a man in a parking lot off Canyon Creek Road around 7 a.m. The suspects demanded that the victim empty his pockets, stole an undisclosed amount of cash and other items and fled on foot. No weapons were seen during this incident.

The second robbery was reported to police several hours later and took place near the same location as the first. In this case, a man also was accosted by the two suspects, robbed and then assaulted.

Both suspects were wearing dark-colored hooded sweatshirts and wearing bandanas over their faces.
