Wilsonville is accepting applicants to fill a vacancy on the Library Board.

The Library Board consists of a chair, vice-chair and three other members who serve a regular term of four years. The board supports and assists the Wilsonville Public Library director in all library planning and advises the city of budgetary and policy considerations relating to the library’s operation and development. Other typical duties include assisting the library director with the adoption, implementation and revision of a collection development plan to meet the needs of the community; coordinating with other agencies to exchange and introduce new ideas, methods and technology; and considering policy questions.

The application deadline is Friday, May 30.
